The key to successful questionnaire design is understanding your business objectives, the target audience, and the environment in which the survey is going to be conducted. If you have already developed a questionnaire then we will simply review the document and offer any revisions as needed. If you do not have a questionnaire then we are readily available to create one. With your objectives, and a proper research plan in mind, our team will develop a questionnaire which utilizes industry best practices in order to avoid any bias or leading questions while promoting a positive survey taking experience for the panelists. We can work with any predefined sets of questions which you would like included or we can develop an entire questionnaire from scratch.
Our team will program your approved questionnaire into a fully functioning online survey complete with branching, logic, and media. We are able to provide you with translated versions at an additional fee if your survey is meant for international audiences. We will provide you with a link to test the survey along with an online questionnaire version which you may use as a guide while testing. You may request any changes or revisions throughout the testing if needed.
Propeller Insights can provide participants both domestically as well as internationally, deliver census representative results, provide geo-specific targeting, provide quota management, and pacing of data collection. Your survey will go live in field with a ‘soft launch’, a small percentage of the total number of completed surveys requested, so that you may review how the survey is performing in a live environment. It is also an opportunity to make any last-minute adjustments that may arise after viewing the results. These adjustments may include using different wording in a question, adding additional answer options within a question, as well as adding completely new questions. We will continue with a full launch aimed to obtain the total number of completed surveys only after we receive your approval to do so. When it comes to qualitative methodologies, our experience guides our recruitment approach which takes into account location, scheduling and target variances.
In-person interviewing demands an efficient and focused approach. Time is limited, therefore thoughtful discussion guides and skillful moderating are key to drawing out the most useful and actionable information. Qualitative interviewing sparks many paths of discussion, and our moderators will take advantage of that natural discourse, guiding it to a place that effectively answers your questions.
Successfully interpreting the data means we provide you with the answers that will help you improve your business. Whether it’s a top line executive summary or a larger presentation, our goal is to give you the tools to disseminate the learnings from the research to all stakeholders in your organization. In addition to analysis, we also provide the raw data in various formats so that you are able to conduct your own analysis.
